Dogtopia - Utica

Dogtopia Utica was next in line starting only a few months later.  This space was previously home to “Great Scott” grocery store and connected to a popular strip mall.  New walls were put in place to demise the 6,000 sq ft space. The 30 ft high ceilings posed certain challenges along with 40 year old sewer lines.  Finally, the attactive glass storefront was created from the once cinderblock wall.  Dog friendly landscaping and safety precautions due to the near by traffic were also addressed and successfully accomplished.  This store received acknowledgment from the Mayor of Utica for enhancing the beuty of the city of Utica.
