Dogtopia - Commerce

Dogtopia Commerce the largest of the three stores occupying 7,600 sq ft plus an additional 1,000 sq ft outdoor play area.   Although the space had once been a pet store, a complete renovation including the 40 ton HVAC was scraped.  The outdoor play area was not only for summertime fun.  
The advanced underground heater was censored to the first sign of snow and melted quickly so the doggies could still enjoy outside play during a Michigan winter. A 30' X 6'  plate glass window viewing the dogs
at play from the expansive 900 sq ft lobby was the first of its kind.
