Freedom One - Clarkston, Michigan

A 4-acre parcel at the corner of I-75 and M-15, where a little white house was replaced with a 35,000 sq ft, two story mixed-use building that featured underground parking and a full-service gym.  In 2003 the Freedom One Building was the largest Class-A office building in Independence Township.  The two-story lobby highlighted a grand granite waterfall which was state of the art for the time.  Floor to ceiling glass overlooking the lobby from the second floor and an all-glass entry were also sought-after features.
